The Acropolis of Cairo is an ancient fortress from the islamic era in which the Egyptian rulers once lived between the 13th and the 19th century. Nowadays, it has been designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Moreover, another feature of the island is the vivacious shopping street of Finikoudes, which took its name from the countless palm trees standing along it. On this street you’ll find a variety of shops, as well as dozens of local and international restaurants. Also, food and entertainment could not be missing from our list. Do not forget to try Cypriot specialties such as sheftalia, koutepia, grilled halloumi, as well as ofton kleftiko. The Volcano!
Santorini is known for its volcano! Its last volcanic activity was in 1950. Thousands of people from around the world visit the island to explore its volcano! By the word “Volcano”, the locals refer to the small island of “neas Kammenis”. You can visit the island to see the vapors coming out of the earth. Around the sea there are white rocks that “imprison” it and make it accessible only from the sea. On this beach you’ll find sunbeds to relax and enjoy your swim! Your next stop is at Perivolos beach where you may encounter strong winds. It’s beautiful, with clear waters and golden sand. Phuket is one of the southern provinces of Thailand and is located in the Andaman Sea. Throughout its history many were those who wanted to conquer it, mainly because of its favourable trade position between India and China. The Netherlands, France and England fought with each other to dominate the island, not only because of its location but also because of its natural wealth in tin and rubber. Its original name was Thalang, which comes from the Malaysian suffix telong meaning “cape”, a name still used in the north of the island. Its current name comes from the word “bukit” which means “hill” in Malay, because of its appearance when viewed from afar. After the shocking tsunami of 2004, it has returned to its previous rhythms and is again one of the most important destinations in the world. Regarding Phuket attractions, the truth is that one wouldn’t expect there to be so many. Depending on your preferences, you can walk in the rainforest to explore and admire the animals and nature, visit the dozens of islands around Phuket or the Big Buddha and admire the view of the whole city, and much more. Finally, don’t forget to try the local traditional Thai cuisine that will impress those who love the strange but intense flavors.
